PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to watch the contents of interrupted watching of digital broadcasting in real time, even when the user temporarily interrupts watching of digital broadcasting in the middle of watching of real-time digital broadcasting. SOLUTION: When the user shifts to a work on the Internet, the screen displayed on an output part 6 is preserved in a preshift screen preservation part 12 as a picture before shifting, and digital broadcasting received during user's work on the internet is stored in a broadcasting storage part 14, and when the user restarts watching of real-time digital broadcasting, the pre-shift picture preserved in the pre-shift screen preservation part 12 is displayed, and the contents of digital broadcasting stored in the broadcasting storage part 13 are reproduced simultaneously in the screen on which real-time digital broadcasting is displayed with a screen constitution or at a reproducing speed which the user prescribes.
