PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card processor in which a turning lever equipped with a contact can be turned without separately and especially providing a cam for turning the lever and to which a card can be smoothly inserted with a light force. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a turning lever 11 provided on a slider 2 so as to be freely turned while having a contact 12 and a cam surface 11a formed on this turning lever 11. Further, the device is provided with a pin body 4a for sliding the slider 2 in contact with the cam surface 11a of the turning lever 11 when moving the slider toward a prescribed position, turning the turning lever 11 against the energizing force of a spring member 40 and bringing the contact 12 into contact with the IC contact point of an IC card K while making the contact 12 parallel to and face the IC contact point, an insert 37 for positioning the slider 2 so that the contact 12 of the turning lever 11 can be brought into contact with the IC contact of the IC card K with an optimal pressure when the slider 2 reaches the prescribed position and a step 38 for inserting this insert 37. |
