PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable data communications with no errors. SOLUTION: Prescribed data written in an IC 15 is read by a scanner 6 through a dipole antenna 14 and displayed on the display 14 of a personal computer by allowing the part, where the antenna 14 is incorporated to be opposite to a receiving part 6a keeping apart tens of centimeters, while gripping a part of an IC card 1. In such a case, a gripping part 17 is provided at a part where the part 17 does not overlap on the antenna 14 in terms of planes on the peripheral surface of the card 1. For this reason, the part where the antenna 14 is incorporated does not have to be gripped, if the part 17 is gripped, so that stable data can be read without errors. |
