<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette transfer device capable of transferring different sized large and small cassettes with the same shelf without generating positional deviations of the cassettes when the cassettes are transferred. SOLUTION: When large sized cassettes 11 or small sized cassettes 12 are in the process of transfer, the large sized cassettes 11 or small sized cassette 12 are respectively abutted on a first control means 16 and a second control means 17 by tilting a transfer frame 10. Thus, the transfer device wherein deviations of the cassettes are not generated in the process of transfer is realized without preparing any special control member.</p> |
