摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a measuring time, and to accurately measure the curvature radius of one lens surface of lenses for eyes and the thickness of the geometrical central site without generating any problem of the damage of the lenses or the like in a simple device structure. SOLUTION: In this measuring device, ultrasonic waves are oscillated from an ultrasonic transducer 30, and distance information is calculated from reflected waves reflected from the lens surfaces at the both sides at the geometrical central site of the lens 42 for eyes placed on a lens supporting stand 28, and the thickness of the geometrical central site of the lens 42 for eyes and the curvature radius of the lens surface at the ultrasonic irradiation side of the lens 42 for eyes are calculated from the distance information and the preliminarily calculated diameter of the lens supporting stand 28 and the height from the ultrasonic transducer 30 to the upper edge face of the lens supporting stand 28.
