SOLUTION: In this renewing method of a facility pipe for replacing the facility pipe arranged by being buried in a wall surface 2 or floor slab 11 at least partially by new pipes 7 and 8, at least a part of an existing facility pipe 9 buried in the wall surface 2 is left as it is, and the facility pipe is renewed by using this existing pipe 9 as a protective pipe, and disposing the new pipe 8 for replacement through the inside.
