PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase productivity by eliminating the necessity of burdensome work such as the machining of a male screw part to a valve casing sheet and a female screw part to a valve casing, to improve an assembling characteristic by facilitating the attaching of the valve casing sheet, and enhance workability during maintenance/inspection or replacement. SOLUTION: A plate fitting groove 12 having a bottom, the upper end surface side of an upper opening 1A thereof being set as an upper end opening 12A, is provided in the inner side of a valve port part 10A provided in the outlet of a valve casing 1. A valve casing sheet plate 90 having a ring-like valve casing sheet 9 is detachably fitted in this plate fitting groove 12. The upper end opening 12A of the plate fitting groove 12 is closed at the time of attaching a lid body 1B, when the upper opening 1A of the valve casing 1 is closed by the lid body 1, it is opened simultaneously when the opening 1A is opened, the lid body 1B being removed from the valve casing 1, and thus the valve casing sheet plate 90 is detached/pulled out.
