PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of preventing drop in temperature of exhaust gas exhausted from a combustor even under operating condition where a load rapidly increases. SOLUTION: After completion of warming up, temperature of exhaust gas from a combustor 3 is detected with an exhaust temperature sensor 15, the optimum requested opening degree of a first flow control valve 11 is found with a system control part 19, the first flow control valve 11 is opened in the requested opening degree to bypass exhaust air from a fuel cell stack 1, the amount of the exhaust air coming in the combustor 3 is adjusted, and the temperature of the exhaust gas from the combustor 3 is controlled so as not to become less than a set value (bypass starting lower limit temperature). |
