<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for correspondingly controlling water condition, which makes the outputs of generators converges to balanced values by suppressing the hunting phenomenon of the water level in a water tank and the output fluctuation of the generators accompanying the hunching phenomenon to be within a fixed range at the time of changing the number of operated generators. SOLUTION: When a control section 24 instructs a change in number of operated generators 12, a water level predicting section 20 predicts the water level in a water tank 3 after a prescribed period of time, and an output target setting section 21 sets the target output values of the generators 12 operated after the change. In addition, an interrupter 22 causes the generators 12 operated after the change to output at fixed rates, and when the outputs of the generators 12 roughly reach the target output values, the control section 24 switches the control on the outputs of the generators 12 to corresponding water condition control by means of a PFM control section 93.</p> |
