PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store large amount of voice signal/data without increasing cost and package area by utilizing a flash memory for file storage large in memory capacity and low in unit price per bit as a nonvolatile memory for transmission/ reception data. SOLUTION: The flash memory 13 for file storage is connected to an MPU 8, a software code for control of the MPU 8 is stored there, the software code for control is transferred from the flash memory 13 for file storage to a RAM 12 capable of performing a high speed access when power only set is processed, after the software code for control is read from the RAM 12, a required processing is executed by the MPU 8 next. On the other hand, when the large amount of data of the Internet or the like is received, the RAM 12 is utilized as a buffer memory if necessary, the received data is stored in the flash memory 13. Thus, a high speed processing and reception of the large amount of data are enabled. |
