<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radar device suitable for detecting and measuring the position of a helicopter during hovering by using an antenna consisting of one lobe and one null point for the radiation pattern of the entire periphery of azimuth as the antenna for receiving a reception signal. SOLUTION: Phase shifters 3 and 4 change the phase of an antenna element 2. A distribution synthesizer 5 distributes and synthesizes power to each antenna element 2. An antenna 1 is provided with a function that can be mechanically rotated by a rotary mechanism. A circulator 6 separates a transmission signal Tx from a transmitter 7 from a reception signal Rx of a receiver 8. The transmitter 7 outputs the transmission signal Tx. The receiver 8 detects the reception signal Rx and outputs a video signal. A target identification circuit 10 identifies a target such as a helicopter. A position measurement circuit 11 measures the position of the target. A display 12 display information being detected by a signal-processing device 9, namely the target identification circuit 10 and the position measurement circuit 11.</p> |
