PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method of an ethylene oxide-including volatile organic compound. SOLUTION: This analytical method of an ethylene oxide-including volatile organic compound comprises a process for collecting an atmospheric component including ethylene oxide and a volatile organic compound into an atmosphere collecting device comprising a pressure vessel having an inner wall treated inactively, a concentration process for introducing the collected atmospheric component into a concentration device and concentrating it, and a separation- detection process for introducing the concentrated atmospheric component into a separation column of a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer and separating the atmospheric component from ethylene oxide and executing concentration detection at a detection part.
