PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of preventing page missing from the bundle of paper where an image is formed even when a user removes the paper remaining at a post-processing tray part in a finisher in the case of compensating jamming. SOLUTION: The number of sheets of paper which should be housed in the post-processing tray part 400 is controlled based on information from a copying machine side, output from a sensor 112 provided in a paper carrying path to the tray part 400 and a signal showing the ejection of the paper from the tray part 400. In the case of compensating the jamming, the number of sheets of paper where the image should be formed is controlled again in the case of compensating the jamming considering output from a sensor 440 for detecting paper in a post-processing tray. |
