PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and highly reliably select a path even when the directional control of transmission is performed by a base station. SOLUTION: A receiving level measuring circuit 1071 measures a received level by using the data of a communication channel after inputted reverse spread. A received level measuring circuit 1072 measures a received level by using the data of a common control channel after the inputted reverse spread. These measured receiving levels are sent from respective circuits 1071, 1072 to a correlation circuit 1075. The circuit 1075 executes correlation operation between paths in the delay profiles of the communication channel and the common control channel. A path is selected from the correlation operation result and receiving timing is determined.
