PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously reduce the occurrence of a pseudo fault caused by an artificial operation error in a multifunctional system. SOLUTION: The level of operation access from an operator authenticated in a multifunctional system 1 to the multifunctional system is acquired as the level of reference access to an electronic manual by an access level synchronizing part 21 and within a range permitted at that reference access level, a manual managing part 23 judges whether the electronic manual 24 can be referred to or not.
