PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electromagnetic waves from leaking from the opening of an enclosure, where cables or the like are penetrated. SOLUTION: At the opening of an enclosure 1, a structural body 10, that consists of two layers of a conductive layer 8 and a magnetic body layer 9 and has one or a plurality of openings 11, is provided. A space 7 is provided between the structural body 10 and the enclosure 1, so that cables or the like can be wound around the structure body 10. Also, since the conductive layer 8 is in improve conductive contact, it is at the same potential as that of the enclosure 1, the openings 11 provided at the conductive layer 8 practically become the opening of the enclosure 1. |
