PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a differential diode transistor logic(DDTL) family circuit having comparatively constant voltage and a high speed. SOLUTION: A gate circuit constituted so as to execute low voltage multi- input operation includes only an input diode connected to one of transistors(TRs) forming a differential pair so that the number of diodes can be reduced into half. In order to maintain a balanced DC operation level in the gate circuit, a level shift element, e.g. a diode, is connected to one of the TRs in the differential pair. In another embodiment, an output stage is provided with a push-pull buffer utilizing a single current source in order to reduce the power consumption of the element in a logic family. The push-pull buffer includes a pair of differential TRs constituting a phase splitter. The collector node of the differential pair drives the output TR. A push-pull circuit further includes a pair of current steering TRs. The emitter node of the differential pair drives a current steering TR, which is connected to a constant current source.
