PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling effect and to eliminate an invasion of a rain or the like into a compressor chamber by providing a cooling duct surrounding a heat sink for cooling an electric equipment and connecting to an atmosphere through both side wall surfaces of the chamber to connect to a suction side wall surface of a radiating fan of a radiator chamber. SOLUTION: A compressor chamber 2 is provided in an outdoor unit 1 to contain a compressor 2a and an electric component case 2b. A radiator chamber 3 is provided in an outdoor unit 1 adjacent to the chamber 2 to contain a radiator 3a and a radiating fan 3b. the sink 4 is provided on a back surface of the case 2b to radiate a heat of an electric component (electric equipment) 2c of the case 2b. In other words, the sink 4 cools the component. A cooling duct 5 surrounds the sink. The duct 5 is connected to an upstream side wall surface of a wind of the fan 3b of the chamber 2 through both the sidewall surfaces of the chamber 2 to guide the atmosphere to the chamber 2. A louver door 6 is provided at a suction side of the duct 5 to prevent an invasion of a wind or a rain.
