PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat-developable photographic sensitive material superior in conveyability in a heat-developing machine. SOLUTION: The photosensitive layer of this heat-developable photographic sensitive material has a surface elastic modulus of 0.05 to 0.8 GPa at a heat- developing temperature, and the backing layer of this material has a surface elastic modulus of 1 to 5 GPa at the heat-developing temperature, and an intensity ratio of a 284.6 eV signal to 288.4 eV signal I284.6/I288.4 (50% RH)} measured by XPS is 5 to 18.
