PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short circuit current measuring device for easily confirming short circuit currents at the time of the generation of a short circuit as a short circuit current estimated value. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a power source connecting part 2 to be connected with a power source to be measured, a load circuit 9 which allows load currents to flow, a voltage detecting part 10 which detects a difference between an open voltage and a close circuit voltage at the time of non-load generated by the load circuit 9, an arithmetic circuit 11 which calculates a detection signal from the voltage detecting part 10, a load controlling part 15 which controls an inside load 9 by a signal from the arithmetic circuit 11 for changing the load currents, and a display part 13 which displays the calculated short circuit current estimated value.
