PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide a heat insulation function, in a box lunch demanding portability. SOLUTION: A Peltier type heat insulation device consists of a Peltier element 3 having a radiation surface and a heat absorbing surface. In this case, the Peltier heat insulation device consists of a heat insulation material 5 having given flexibility and elasticity and a heat good conductive cooling member 6 mounted on the heat insulation material through a heat insulation material 7. The Peltier element 3 is located between the heat insulation material 5 and the cooling member 6, and a radiating surface is heat-exchangeably mounted on the heat insulation material 5 and a heat absorbing surface on the cooling member 6.
