PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a score table which shows the evaluation condition items and the degrees of influence given to the calculation of evaluation scores from the permissible value of those condition items by producing a score table where the evaluation reference scores are given in every category defined by segmenting the permissible value of the evaluation condition items and calculating an evaluation score by totalizing the evaluation reference scores set on the score table to the data on the objects of evaluation for every evaluation condition item. SOLUTION: The evaluation condition/result items of a score table are set on a setting screen by means of the production data 300 which are used for producing a score table showing the purchase trends of time deposits (101). The categories sorting the permissible ranges of evaluation condition items are set to these items (102). An evaluation reference score is set to each category of the evaluation condition items (103). The score table is outputted by means of the evaluation reference score (104). The evaluation reference score of every category is inputted and corrected (105). A source table showing the time deposite contract trends is applied to the data on the non-contracted customers and the evaluation scores are calculated to prospect the contracts (106).
