INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE IGNITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an internal-combustion engine ignitor which aims at improving productivity of a side core, improve magnetic flux density, and decrease the number of assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: Components, such as a center core 6, a secondary coil 4, a primary coil 2, a side core 7, etc., are concentrically arranged in this order from the inside, and a silicon steel plate of 0.2 mm or smaller is used as a material for the side core 7, and a spiral profile is adopted, thereby enhancing productivity and improving magnetic flux density. Furthermore, the number of parts of the side core 7 can be decreased, thereby decreasing the number of assembly man-hours.
