<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently perform managing operation regarding sending destinations, notification destinations, account information, and other various information on notification destination which need to be managed for each of various operation processes as to resident information processes, etc., self-governing bodies of cities, towns, and villages. SOLUTION: A management system for information on notification destination is provided with a recording process part 4 for information on notification destination by operations which records information on notification destination on the same object of management differing by operation kinds in a recording table 232 for information on notification destination by operations by using objects of management and operation kinds as keys, a basic information on notification destination recording process part 3 which records common information on notification destination irrelevant to operation kinds in a basic information on notification destination recording table 231 by using only management object identifiers as keys, and a notification destination retrieving process part 5 which performs retrieval from the information recording table 232 first according to a management object identifier and an operation kind as keys when retrieving the notification destination of the operation process result and then performs retrieval from the recording table 231 according to only a management object identifier as a key when no notification destination is found to extract corresponding information on notification destination.</p> |
