PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of immunological analysis and an analytical kit capable of accurately measuring XDP(D-dimer and DD/E complex) without being affected by a D-monomer that may be present in an analyte. SOLUTION: In this method for immunologically analyzing XDP, i.e., the plasmin decomposition product of human stabilized fibrin contained in sample to be analyzed, a first diluting reagent containing a buffer solution is mixed with the sample to be analyzed, and a second reagent containing a latex reagent sensitized with a monoclonal antibody which bonds to XDP is further added to the mixture and reacted therewith, after which agglutination caused by the reaction is optically measured. A D-monomer which is the plasmin decomposition product of human fibrinogen is made to coexist with the first reagent. An analytical kit includes the first and second reagents.
