PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct misconvergence caused by a rotation displacement of an arrangement axis of an electron beam. SOLUTION: A B-BOW correction device 30 is arranged close to an end on a CRT neck part side end on a deflection yoke 8. A flat plate member 32 of the B-BOW correction device 30 has a main surface 32S in a rectangle shape, and a through hole 33 is formed near the center of the rectangle. The CRT neck part is inserted into and fitted in the through hole 33 to install the B-BOW correction device. Two magnetic pieces 31 are arranged symmetrically about the through hole 33 (that is a tube axis Z of CRT) on the main surface 32S of the flat plate member 32. Rotating the flat plate member 32 about the tube axis Z (or the neck part) while the flat plate is orthogonal to the tube axis Z controls a distribution of a horizontally deflected magnetic field close to the neck part side end on the deflection yoke 8 to correct deflection states of various electron beams caused by a rotation displacement.
