PURPOSE: A heater for exclusive use of a sauna and fomentation is provided to make a control of temperature and cleaning very easy, have good sanitation and to have economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heater for exclusive use of a sauna and fomentation includes a body having mirrors(112) located oppositely, a plurality of hot wires(114) mounted on the mirrors and hot wire holes(116), an upper board(120) fixed on the upper side of the body and having insertion holes(122) for a protective rods(150), a lower board(130) fixed on a lower side of the body, a cover(140) mounted on a side surface of the body to replace the hot wires, the protective rods mounted in the insertion holes to prevent a burn by the hot wires, and a ceramic thin film layer wrapping the hot wire.
