The adjuster (4,5) is associated with a sensor (2,3) that also has an associated measurement device (6,7) that detects the actual sensor alignment direction and outputs a signal to the adjuster if there is a difference between the actual and a demand direction, which causes the sensor to be automatically adjusted to the demand alignment direction. The sensor is pivotable wrt. horizontal plane and vertical planes.
