The device incorporates an actuator with opening and closing magnets, and a magnet coil located in yoke of inner and outer cylindrical parts, and radial connection flange. The inner part (6,7) and the outer part (8,9) are formed as parts of separate components, and the magnet coil (4,5) is wound on the inner part. The flange (32,33) is formed integrally with the inner part. The inner part has a sleeve (16,17) with a guide socket (14,15) for an armature (12,13).
