摘要

A lithium cell excellent in initial capacity, high-rate discharge performance, low-temperature characteristic, and cycle life even without the need for any special manufacturing process. The lithium cell including generating elements comprising a positive plate, a negative plate, and a separator at least a part of which is made of a gel electrolyte containing at least a polymer and an electrolytic liquid is characterized in that the concentration of a lithium salt in the electrolytic liquid is in the range from 1.5 to 5 mol in 1 little of the electrolytic liquid.
