<p>A transducer comprises a magnet assembly comprising a magnet (1), magnetically permeable inner (3) and outer pole tips (5) and a voice coil (7) mounted in a gap between the pole tips. Either or both pole tips is electrically conductive in a plane substantially orthogonal to the axis of the voice coil in a region extending into the body of the pole tips from the edge of the pole tips adjoining the gap.</p> |
