The invention concerns a two-layered belt, designed in particular for a safety belt at least partially inflatable. Said belt in the form of a flattened tube comprises a (first) bottom layer (UWL) and a (second) top layer (OL). The bottom layer (UWL) is woven and comprises non-elastic warp yarns (UK), and the top layer (OL) consists of a material which is elastic in the longitudinal direction of the belt.
