<p>The invention concerns mould devices (A-B) and (C-D) on carousels 'ONE' and 'TWO' for simultaneous injections of matching elements, for example: a 'single-piece closure' and a 'suction straw'. The shell moulds (A-B) and (C-D) are fixed on two arms arranged on the diameter of each carousel, separated by a hub, rotating with four breaks offset on separate planes, with a converging point on their tangents, corresponding to a common alternating break, (two) and (one). Located at each of the breaks (one), with fixed stations: in low position one mould vertically mobile upwards, in high position a vertical injection station mobile downwards. The moulds (A-B) have a unilateral injection point (13a) corresponding to the horizontal injection station located in the surface area of the carousel 'ONE', enabling said common break, and by translation, to make integral by overmoulding the matching elements.</p> |
