A method for arranging items of household information on apartment houses and detached houses on a paper suitably, comprising (a) displaying marks representing the domiciles of apartment houses on a map, (b) creating frames in which household information on apartment houses is displayed, (c) displaying household information in the frames, (d) printing information displayed on a screen, (e) moving a frame for representing therein household information on apartment houses according to an operator's instruction, and (f) creating a blank portion on the map according to an operator's instruction, whereby information on apartment houses is adequately arranged on a map and a legible portable print is made.
