The guide unit has a slide element with slide contact element, moving on a slide rail, and a helical shaft with slide thread. The slide element has a metal core block with assembly surface for a moveable body. A resin section is cast around the core block, to enclose it on the left, right, front, and back. The slide contact element and a nut part on the shaft are formed inside the resin part. They are in elastic contact with slide guide faces on rail and shaft. |
