<p>An apparatus is disclosed for the cancellation of ambient noise that impinges upon the front surface (38) of a pressure differential microphone means (22). The apparatus utilizes one or more curved surfaces (42) that act as ambient noise waveform reflectors. The reflectors cause ambient noise to impinge on the back surface (40) of the microphone. In addition, the reflectors deflect a speaker's voice which is directed toward the front surface of the microphone to be deflected away from the back surface of the microphone.</p> |
