The invention is in the field of microbiology, biotechnology, namely - the microorganism strains that destroy carbohydrates; their production methods; it can be used in cleaning oil polluted ground, for diminishing its toxic effect on the soil structure and the restoration of the soil's biological properties. The strain Trichoderma harzianum VNB-16 (deposited in the Institute of Botany, Biodestructor Research Laboratory (LT), collection number IBL: F-431) is an oil destructing strain that remains active in the soil after introduction, effects analogically phytopathogenic microorganisms and decreases toxicity absorbed by plants from soil.
