Wear-resistant sintered alloy has nickel of 6.0-25 wt.%, chromium of 0.6-8.75 wt.% and carbon of 0.54-2.24 wt.%, and metal structure has mixed phase of austenite and martensite. Chromium carbide is dispersed in the metal phase. Volume ratio of austenite is between 5-30%.
