The present invention relates to two novel members of the tumor necrosis factor family of receptors. More specifically, isolated nucleic acid molecul es are provided encoding the novel human necrosis factor receptors, TR13 and TR14. TR13 and TR14 polypeptides are also provided, as are vectors, host cel ls and recombinant methods for producing the same. The invention further relate s to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of TR13 and/or TR14 activity.
