<p>An STN liquid crystal (8) is interposed between a first substrate (1) having a first electrode (6) and a second substrate (2) having a second electrode (7). A reflective layer (3) is formed over the entire first substrate (1). A first electrode wiring pattern (26) extending to an area of the second substrate (2) outside the area superposed on the first substrate when viewed from above (1) is formed on the second substrate (2). An input pattern (28) is formed on the area of the second substrate (2), outside the first substrate (1) when viewed from above. The first and second substrates (1, 2) are bonded with an anisotropical seal (23). An IC (21) for liquid crystal drive is mounted on the second substrate (2). The input terminals are electrically connected to the wiring pattern (26) and the input pattern (28) through an anisotropically conductive adhesive (30).</p> |
