Compounds of general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or solvates of both; and drug compositions containing the compounds, salts or solvates wherein R<1> is lower alkyl substituted with a nonionic and hydrophilic group; R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<7>, R<8>, R<9>, R<10>, R<11>, R<12>, and R<13> are each independently hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl, optionally substituted lower alkoxy, optionally substituted lower alkoxycarbonyl, or the like; and R<A> and R<B> are each independently hydrogen or lower alkyl.
