<p>A method and system for connecting a computer (100) user with an information provider over a digitized speech connection. By determining what information a computer (100) user is viewing, the system determines a telephone number associated with that information. The telephone number can be determined via database lookup, parsing of the information, and/or a directory service using a portion of the name of the information as the query string. The telephone number can then be used to form a telephone connection with the information provider.</p> |
