<p>The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for performing genetic analysis through capillary electrophoresis with detection by fluorescence. The invention has a large field of applications. The analyzer using electrophoresis includes the following: capillaries (1) filled with a separation polymer; a focusing unit for focusing laser radiation, which directs said radiation towards the capillaries at an angle between 10° and 80° with respect to the axis of the microscopic lens (13); a visual control focusing unit for focusing on the capillaries (23); a unit for recording fluorescent signals (19), which contains several optical detectors (18), the output of each optical detector (18) being connected through an ANC (20) to the corresponding input of a computer (21); and an additional optical detector mounted in the spectral band which corresponds to the laser radiation, an output of the aforesaid detector being connected to one of the inputs of the ANC.</p> |
