The pump comprises a push button (5), movable relative to a support (4), having a central conduit (32) into which the product penetrates through an opening before being distributed. The support defines with the push button, around the central conduit, a variable volume pumping chamber (34). The pump also comprises a membrane (50) having a central part (51) into which the central conduit is inserted. The membrane is arranged so as to isolate the pumping chamber from the central conduit openings (36) when the pumping chamber volume increases and the product is sucked into it. An Independent claim is also included for the recipient equipped with pump.
