PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric ceramic composition containing no lead and capable of proving an oscillator having a high P/V value for settling the gain of a feedback ratio even if the composition is baked under a normal pressure. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric ceramic composition contains at least Ba, Bi and Ti as metal elements, and when the composition formula of the metal element oxides is represented by the formula xBaO.yBi2O3.zTiO2 (x+y+z=1), X, y and z are present in the region surrounded by A (0.1575, 0.2740, 0.5685), B (0.1154, 0.3077, 0.5'769), C (0.1568, 0.1716, 0.6716), and D (0.1842, 0.15'79, 0.6579). |
