<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventive cut form capable of simply visually deciding a truth or a falsehood at a low cost and good productivity, and effectively preventing a forgery by using a color copier, a high performance scanner and a printer. SOLUTION: The forgery preventive cut form 1 is constituted by partly or entirely printing a white ink on a front or rear surface of a transparent film 2 to form a white identification portion 3, and printing a required design pattern 4 on the front surface side of the film 2 so that the portion 3 is visually recognizable through the pattern 4 from the front surface side of the film 2. Thus, even if the form 1 is copied by a copier or read by a high performance scanner and printed by a laser printer or the like, the portion 3 cannot be reproduced, and hence the forgery can be effectively prevented. Since the portion 3 can be formed by printing with the white ink, it is a low cost and good productivity, and a truth or falsehood can be simply decided by a visual observation.</p> |
