PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize vibration of pallets generated by moving of pallets connected endlessly by links in a circular arc moving path. SOLUTION: In a pallet type conveyor with each pallet endlessly connected by each link 3 and circulated in a loop-shaped moving path formed within almost the same plane or an inclined plane, the radius of curvature R of a center line 20 of a guide rail guiding each pallet and a length L of the link 3 are set based on an expression: B=θ/2arcsin(L/2R). In the expression,θis an angle of circumference (rad) of a guide rail center line, B is a ratio of angle of circumference.
