PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction caused by chattering at a low cost without using a microcomputer. SOLUTION: The objective controlling apparatus is provided with a pair of 1st sensor 10 and 2nd sensor 11 arranged in the direction perpendicular to the passing direction of a transfer object (rice) and detecting the passing position of the transfer object and a motor 15 to drive a transfer mechanism 9 to move the transfer object in the direction perpendicular to the passing direction. The passing position of the transfer object is controlled to a prescribed position with the transfer mechanism 9 by controlling the motor 15 according to the on-off signals of the sensors 10, 11. The apparatus is further provided with chattering preventing circuit parts 19, 38 connected to the 1st sensor 10 and the 2nd sensor 11, respectively, transistors 30, 49 connected to the chattering preventing circuit parts 19, 38 and relays 32, 51 connected to the transistors 30, 49. These relays 32, 51 are, connected to both terminals of the motor 15.
