PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting ring with a high commodity value. SOLUTION: This connecting ring is constituted to freezes open and close an opening part 1a by moving an opening and closing body 2 to the inside of the C type rod 1 by pivotally installing a base end of the opening and closing body 2 on one end part of the opening part 1a of the C type rod 1. A frame part 3 is provided on at least a head end part of the opening and closing body 2 abutting an the other end part of the opening part 1a of a C type rod 1, and the other end part of the opening part 1a of the C type rod 1 is put and fitted between left and right constitutional parts 3a, 3b of the frame part 3 at the time of blocking the opening part 1a of the C type rod 1 by the opening and closing body 2.
