PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt composition which has further improved the binder properties of a modified asphalt, a high viscosity modified asphalt and the like which are used in the conventional premix system, an asphalt mixture using the asphalt composition and is production method. SOLUTION: An asphalt composition is obtained by adding an asphalt modifier obtained by treating 100 pts.wt. vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon/conjugated diene block copolymer with 20-200 pts.wt. heavy oil and 20-200 pts.wt. aromatic hydrocarbon resin in a predetermined manner to an existing modified asphalt or a high viscosity modified asphalt.
